Shell construction of 3 blocks of 7 storey building at Primewaterview Gardens, 1 Lekki Scheme1, Lagos state in Februray 2008 – September 30, 2008. The project was awarded to Cyrod ventures LTD. by Primewaterview Ltd. at Ikate Elegushi Lekki, Lagos.
Shell constructions of 4 blocks of 7 storey building at Ikate Elegushi by Primewaterview Gardens (Phase 2) Lekki Scheme 1, Lagos State (December 7, 2008 – July 8, 2009). The project was awarded by Primewaterviews LTD. of 128 Olugnabi Street, Victoria Island to Cyrou Ventures.
Cyrou Investment Ventures LTD. handles part of the electrical on a seven storey with 2 and 3 bedroom flats per floor of the 66 blocks consisting of 1,254 flats at Ilubririn, Opposite Adeniyi Adele Bus Stop, Lagos State.
Cyrou Ventures handled electrical job of Jacob Mils Estate at Adekunle Stereet, Yaba, Lagos State. 2 blocks of 3 storey building, 8 numbers each of 4 bedroom duplex in April 4, 2018 – 2018 December 2018. Etc.
